Our Missionaries
Derek and Kristin Dearth
Derek and Kristin Dearth have served full-time overseas and domestically with Action International Ministries since 2011. Derek serves as an Associate Director with an emphasis on strategic planning at the USA office, and Kristin helps as an editor and new-missionary coach.

Jonathan Menn
Through his studies at Trinity, Jonathan’s eyes were opened to the needs of the non-Western church. His teaching gift and passion for assisting the Church were brought together in ministering to pastors in East Africa. Jonathan’s calling was confirmed during trips to Africa with Equipping Pastors International (EPI) in 2005. He served as the East Africa Director of EPI for six years until he founded Equipping Church Leaders – East Africa (ECLEA). Click below for more information.
